I think you should remove the "Plea for admin" section you recently added to Talk:Donald Trump. It's not the right place to discuss user behaviors on your talk page. You should discuss it at WP:ANI or a related noticeboard instead, or at the talk page of the user. pbp 20:41, 11 November 2015 (UTC)

I did remove it and he continued. Over 40 edits thus far and I am not responding. Unfortunately, there exists a dearth of sysops these days. And, I really don't want to break my record of NEVER filing a formal complaint. I was hoping, futilely, for him to recognize his error. Futile given his lengthy block log. But, I'll remove it again. Objective3000, I think it has stopped being productive for you to edit war with IHTS on your own talk page. It's only served to embolden him. Just let his edits on your talk page stay up until after the air has cleared and he's moved on to something else or is blocked. Oh, and if you're going to remove comments from a thread, it's generally considered proper to remove the whole thread. Actually, I've come round to your point that you filing a complaint may not be the best approach. This mess looks like a BOOMERANG situation where both parties have unclean hands (sorry Objective, but you have crossed a line in calling IHTS an ass and a troll) and the person who first reports is the person who's going to get punished. Heck, it might even be to your advantage to let IHTS report you. pbp 01:25, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
P.S., I hope you realize 'twas I who restored IHTS' comments, not IHTS. Remember what I said above: removing his talk page comments is going to get you nowhere...he is just going to put them back. And unfortunately, you somewhat brought this on yourself because you fed him. It's a bad idea to call somebody a troll because it's a great way to get that somebody pissed off at you. If he keeps doing this, I'll probably have to report both of you to 3RR or ANI. pbp 01:31, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Thank you for your help and advice. I really don't think you can call this an edit war or 3RR on my part as I am merely removing his edits from my talk, which has been ruled permissible and not edit-warring. Whereas, his continued edits here after I have told him to stop innumerable times has been ruled non-permissible. I would take this to ANI, but I have seen his extensive block log. I haven't the time nor patience to deal with a person that has had so many, many such difficulties with other editors. I am not a "career-editor", if you'll forgive the term. I just poke in now and again to try to add neutrality and remove misinformation. I have never filed a complaint against any other editor. I just want him to stop breaking the rules and leave me alone. Regards, Objective3000 (talk) 01:37, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Honestly, dude, if you want him to leave him alone, you've gotta apologize to him for calling him a troll and an ass. That is why he is posting on your talk page. pbp 02:04, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Seriously, just prior, I was the second person on that page he told to go soak his head. He has a long, long, long history of throwing out ad hominems. I don't. If you want to give advice, please examine the entire history. I know you are trying to be helpful. But, you have misjudged the situation. I just want him to stop vandalizing my talk page. That is my right. Those are the rules. He actually stated that he would be a permanent fixture on my talk page. Best, Objective3000 (talk) 02:13, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Um, vandalizing is the wrong word for what he is doing. His edits may be annoying to you, they may even be a little bit derogatory, but they are not vandalism. Vandalism would be something like if he deleted all the content of your talk page and replaced it with 100 instances of the word "poop". And you did use edit summaries that included the words "troll" and "ass", which is why he is commenting. You've sunk to this level...he accused you of bitching and you accused him of being an ass. And, just like you're upset at him for his language, he's upset at you for yours. And, unless the person who's trying to talk him down is successful, he will keep doing it until you either apologize or I have to get an IBAN between the two of you. pbp 02:24, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Sorry, but I think you have missed recent rulings. It is vandalizing when you continue editing a Talk Page when you have been instructed not to. There was a very long discussion on this. The concept that I would apologize to him for him telling me to go soak my head and making numerous threats is absurd. Please, please, please ask for an IBAN. I want an IBAN. I don't EVER want to have any interaction with him. Objective3000 (talk) 02:28, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
OK, you got it. pbp 02:32, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

If you don't want IHTS to post here on your talk page, then don't post on theirs, okay? NE Ent 03:16, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

I have not responded to him there. I responded to someone else that made completely false statements that harmed the situation. Also, he hasn't told me not to post there. I follow the rules and have never had a sanction of any kind. Objective3000 (talk) 03:19, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Um, "the rules" include not calling somebody an ass in an edit summary. Even if "the rules" didn't say that, common sense would say, "if you call somebody an ass in an edit summary, he or she might get really pissed and spam your talk page". IHTS may have broken some rules here, but you're no saint in this; IHTS' spamming of your talk page is on you at least a little and your self-righteous attitude toward all this isn't helping. Did you read the close on the ANI? Because it applies to you as well as IHTS. pbp 16:39, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
I can't believe this is continuing. This started when he hatted a discussion saying I was "bitching" in the hat title. The term is sexist. It means you are whining like a girl, which degrades all women as well as insulting the target. I removed the word bitch and put in the neutral words "not useful". That is when he started bombing my Talk stating that he would become a permanent fixture, bashing me at every chance. I called him a troll because he was, admittedly, trolling, AFTER he started bombing my Talk. To claim he was on my Talk because I called him a troll is a rewrite of history. I suggest you drop this. I have. Objective3000 (talk) 17:33, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
