November 2018[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page List of German Americans has been reverted.
Your edit here to List of German Americans was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline. The reference(s) you added or changed (http://ethnicelebs.com/andy-griffith) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Nailuva moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Nailuva, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Concern regarding Draft:Nailuva[edit]

Information icon Hello, OhanaSurf. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:Nailuva, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Draft space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for article space.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion under CSD G13. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it. You may request userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available here.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. FireflyBot (talk) 20:02, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Nailuva[edit]

Hello, OhanaSurf. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Nailuva".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 19:50, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sister cities of Arizona[edit]

Hello, what's the point of splitting Arizona from the United States list when there are only 16 of them? FromCzech (talk) 16:51, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Other lists like Maine, Vermont, and Northern Mariana Islands also have a small number of sister cities, yet they were given their own separate pages from the main list. I figured that eventually each state will have its own page. OhanaSurf (talk) 17:00, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Excuse me? Maine and Vermont are within the New England list (which is also not ideal), NM Islands are part of List of twin towns and sister cities in Oceania. So that'S definitely not a goal. FromCzech (talk) 17:09, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve List of sister cities in Arizona[edit]

Hello, OhanaSurf,

Thank you for creating List of sister cities in Arizona.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Great page! I have tagged it with orphan as there aren’t any links from other pages, but other than that, great work! Keep it up.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Zippybonzo}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Thank you! OhanaSurf (talk) 17:03, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Instead of writing to the Edit summary that you separated the content from the existing site, do you pretend to be your work? Not cool. FromCzech (talk) 17:27, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't mean any harm. If it needs to be added to the edit summary, that can be done. I'm not trying to steal anyone's credit. I barely edit on Wikipedia, so I didn't realize this is a norm. OhanaSurf (talk) 18:16, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, no problem. I'm sorry, I had a bad day and twin towns are "my children", so I overreacted. FromCzech (talk) 19:19, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate it. It happens to all of us. I hope you are feeling better :) OhanaSurf (talk) 11:43, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
