I have been creating a page for a notable musician for over a month now, so I believe there is need for me to edit from this address. It was just about to be submitted for review. I am not editing from a proxy server or cloud computer provider.

Decline reason:

Based on the input from the blocking admin as well as some of my own research, it does appear that the ISP you are editing is a colocation webhost. At this time, I don't feel comfortable lifting the block on your IP. Please check to see if you have any proxy settings enabled.
