A tag has been placed on User:Olywalle, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Olywalle (talk) 20:55, 31 August 2019 (UTC) I’m just telling everyone about my page I’m not promoting it on wiki I just need a Biography or article about it I’m sorry if I’ve done something wrong please l— Preceding unsigned comment added by Olywalle (talkcontribs) [reply]

"I’m just telling everyone about my page" is exactly the definition of promotion. You are literally trying to use Wikipedia to promote your page. This is not allowed. Please read: WP:5P the core principles of Wikipedia. Especially read about verifiability and writing with a neutral point of view, these are the basic rules of Wikipedia and you must follow them. You should also be aware of our rules on conflicts of interest which mean you should not write about yourself. The Mirror Cracked (talk) 20:58, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Omotolani Olawale Gazal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Olywalle. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Omotolani Olawale Gazal, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the COI guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. The Mirror Cracked (talk) 21:03, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Olywalle (talk) 22:19, 31 August 2019 (UTC) Ok I’m sorry then how much will I pay to publish this?[reply]

Wow, seriously, you are now trying to bribe Wikipedia editors to put up your page? This is an entirely voluntary effort, and we act in the interest of the encyclopedia. You have been told multiple times that the content you want to add is unverifiable is against our policy of maintaining a neutral point of view, is a clear conflict of interest and is entirely self-promotional. There are no circumstances under which this content will be allowed on Wikipedia. The Mirror Cracked (talk) 22:22, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
