In reply to your contested speedy deletion at Roxana P Kay-Substance Abuse Counseling[edit]

The Wikipedia page has two problems: It has virtually no encyclopedic content--just an external link. And it gives no indication what it is supposed to be about. It was that lack of context that led the original reviewer to think it was supposed to be promotional.
