Conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Onna Bugeisha 2020. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page INSEEC Business School , you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Hi there, Onna Bugeisha 2020. I appreciate how enthusiastic you are about editing, and thank you for your contributions so far :) I just wanted to let you know that I am about to remove some large sections you edited on the INSEEC Business School article. You are welcome to find the edits in the article's edit history and move the info to a more appropriate article topic (such as grande école) or continue to work on the writing in the article.

Either way, some of the edits gave too much weight to unrelated topics or info that usually isn't included in school articles - such as including in-depth info on the syllabus (see WP:NOTDIRECTORY), and in-depth info about the type of school it is (grande école) and how to get accepted into that specific type of school. The article also is a bit confusing, since some of the citations don't reference the school but instead reference "INSEEC Group" or some other name containing INSEEC, while the article makes no mention of what relationship these groups have to the school. It would help if these things were clarified in the article.

I appreciate the hard work you put into these edits. In the future, while you are still learning the ropes on Wikipedia, I would suggest either making smaller edits or editing slower so you can ask for feedback from other editors and make sure your edit's writing is clear and stays on topic. This isn't required, but I think it will help you learn more about editing Wikipedia, by asking for advice from experienced editors! You can ask for advice/help on your edits at The Teahouse. You can also test your edits out in your sandbox first, and then move over your edits once you have completed them and/or gotten feedback on them, if that helps.

I hope this doesn't come off as harsh, since I just want to give some friendly advice! If you want to discuss the article further, I suggest starting a discussion on the article's talk page so that multiple editors can join in on the discussion. I hope this helps.
