I've written you the following response to your questions on the Wikipedia Reference Desk:

Hi. Your question is justified and can result in very good references! You write that you would like to understand western view and I (and any other person following official WP policy) can help you do so with references. Your questions are clear and constructive.
A good place to start would be: Toleration which is a major premise of Secular states such as France. Freedom_of_speech is another.
You write, "Together, we are outraged that Charlie continues to post insulting Muhammad cartoons with support from French society." To answer your question about western thinking (this isn't original research, I'm just summarizing the references above), you have the right in Western thinking to be outraged at anything. Nobody can force a smile on your face, and you even have the right to publish your outrage anywhere you want.
"Of course, we are sad that people died". The issue in France and around the world isn't that "people died" - it's that the same tolerance that I and every western person extends to your facial expression when you are outraged, another person purporting to represent Islam did not extend to a newspaper. The newspaper can publish whatever they want. (In Western Thinking, which I'm summarizing for you per your detailed request.)
"Here we believe that such extreme racism, if not stopped by the goverment, will lead to violence, which is what happened in France." This is an extremely different view from the Western view. Where you write "if not stopped by the government", this is itself force/violence. Suppose I wanted to stop you from showing outrage on your face. The only way I (or a government, or anyone) can stop you from showing outrage is by coming into your home and doing something to keep you from grimacing. It's physically impossible to "stop" someone from showing their opinion, except by violence.
So, where you write "if not stopped by the government, speech will lead to violence", in fact it is considered violent for the state to stop free speech to begin with; and this is against Western understanding of freedom of speech. The government in fact does the exact opposite, and protects people's right to say whatever they want, without consequence. (This is an accurate summary of western rule of law and freedom of speech.)
Where you write "The West thinking different and support freedom of speech. They say insulting Muhammad is not racist". No, the West does not say this. They say that although it is racist, still the state will not commit violence against the people stating it. In fact, they will not allow others to commit violence eitehr.
In Western thinking, just as I cannot come into your home and arrest you if you are not willing to stop being outraged, so you cannot stop anyone from expressing any other opinion. (With very few exceptions.).
"but in France most Muslims are not French race. So I am asking some questions (sorry for bad English) to understand Western views and so the West can understand views from the other side of the world." Your questions are fine.
"1. How racist is French society? "
In my personal experience as a white European in Paris, France who lived in the 20e but spent a lot of time throughout the city, French people are extremely racist. For an interesting perspective on this, please download and watch the comic film (from the perspective of a white woman who turns black) Agathe Cléry. I liked it and considered it quite accurate.
2. Does freedom of speech include being very racist and blasphemy?
Yes. (Absolutely clearly.) Freedom_of_speech
3. Does freedom of speech mean that victims of racist and blasphemy speech cannot retaliate?
Yes, that is PRECISELY what it means. (There is a small technical issue with how you phrased 3, since freedom of speech regards actions by the state, whereas protection from retaliation regards rule of law, but your meaning is clear.) See rule of law as well.
I hope I've answered your questions clearly and with references. Others are reminded to assume good faith. I found the questioner to be perfectly reasonable.

Username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Orang Perancis Adalah Perkauman", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it expresses (sadly ironic) bigotry and so is ultimately highly offensive and disruptive. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Note that I can't imagine any defense for your username. It doesn't matter whether your username is Malay, English or anything else, it's simply not acceptable to have a username "French people are racist". So you really need to change or abandon it ASAP.
