Why deleted
Why would my picture be deleted, it was my work, I took the picture and it's not copywrited so why delete it? I'm curious more than anything. The Cleveland Browns are awesome! (talk) 19:27, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
Question though, I was going to uploaded it to her profile and his profile, but was told I wasn't allowed to, so if I reload the image and put it on their profile, it can stay on the site as I was the person that took the photo and it was realsed from me to open public.The Cleveland Browns are awesome! New option for deleting images
Thanks for tagging images as {{PUI}}. I'd like to let you know that there is a quicker option for images which claim to be released under a free license but have no verification. You can tag such images as {{subst:npd|quoted source}}, which doesn't require any follow-up listing and contains a warning template for the uploader. It also has a shorter waiting period than PUI. Hello, in response to your notice about the Image:Shinran-thumb.jpg, I agree it probably is not free. I uploaded it a long time ago, as something I modified, but the original file was something plucked from the web. Please delete as you see fit. Thanks!

Tagging new pages too quickly
As noted at the top of Special:NewPages, "Please consider patrolling pages from the back of the unpatrolled backlog" rather than tagging free use images with deletion tags one minute after upload as you did here. -- Suntag ☼ 03:02, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
