Dick Tooth[edit]

Well done to you for fleshing out so much of his youth sporting achievements as well as his professional career. The pics are great & the ref citations are impeccable ! It's turned into a half decent article that's about more than just an ex-Wallaby. You obviously have a Newcastle penchant is it just about Newcastle Boys Old Boys or Newcastle in general ? Theft by finding[edit]

Just passing through but I think the article does a good job explaining a legal principle, on the order of Theft by deception. While looking around WP for example articles, I noticed that this template: {{Criminal law}}... I don't suppose that this template could be added to the 'theft by finding', since it is only one of many 'thefts', but having a template full of related Wiki-linked legal articles seems quite useful to me and it seems that theft by deception stems from common-law. It is that well known thing, a typographical error! The error was in the source: it seems it should have read "impeachment or incrimination". I have removed the entire sentence pending revision and expansion based on more that just one source.Otherthinker (talk) 23:12, 25 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Scots Law[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you have made some recent clean-up edits to Scots law I have, in the past, tried to do the same but come to the conclusion that the article is too complicated. I've decided to make an attempt at recasting the article here and I would appreciate any input you can give. I've decided to try and mirror the structure of Law of the British Virgin Islands because I think it is a good legal system article to begin with, which can be expanded on later. I am planning on floating the draft on the Wiki Project Scotland page for review, and if feedback is positive, I would just replace the whole of the current Scots law article. I am especially in need of sources for the history of the legal system (the current article has none, but lots of unverified information). Any help you can give or comments are welcome!
