September 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Buenos Aires has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.facebook.com/GobiernoDeLaCiudadDeBuenosAires/ (matching the regex rule \bfacebook\.com).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 06:03, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. But editing articles and being undone by another users is very frustating to me. Please tell me how I delete my wikipedia account because i didn't find that link. Thanks.

July 2010[edit]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Same-sex marriage in Argentina, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.

Instead of continuing to delete material, please discuss your proposals at talk-page. Please bear in mind that you are about to violate 3-Revert-Rule policy. --IANVS (talk | cont) 04:19, 17 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Argentina women's national basketball team , an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Argentina women's national basketball team . Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Whenaxis (talk) 11:21, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Buenos Aires Province. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. --Jetstreamer (talk) 02:45, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for February 26[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hugo Arana, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page La Leona. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi Oupals, please note that the CABB logo is for use only in the Argentine Basketball Federation article. It was decided after this discussion about the issue. The same criteria applies for other national teams, not only of Argentina but of many sports representatives.

Georgina rodriguez nationality[edit]

Hello @Oupals, I keep noticing that you keep changing the nationality of Georgina Rodriguez. She is indeed a Spanish Argentine-born influencer. Her background is spanish, she grew up in Spain and she only holds the spanish nationality. She is only Argentinian by birth. That's why it's incorrect and misleading to say "Argentine Spanish". "Spanish should come first and then Argentinian". Thank you! Darlindarlin7777 (talk) 04:22, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello user. Please remember that in English-language we do not say "Spanish Argentine-born". That does not exist. We say Argentine-born Spanish. It means that she is Spanish but Argentine-born. Also please keep in mind that Argentina applies the Jus soli or birthright citizenship. It is a rule defining a person’s nationality based on his or her birth in the territory of the country. And Georgina Rodríguez was born to a Spanish mother and an Argentine father in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Also please keep in mind the Wikipedia:Vandalism article too, where you will find proper information. Oupals (talk) 04:55, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
