June 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm CorbieVreccan. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Jim Morrison have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. - CorbieV 21:36, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The information is unsourced and there is no evidence Jim signed anything. I see you make a lot of edits in favor Patricia Kennealy. Are you associated? Or do you have other sources only then her that this document exists? Paltryforhire (talk) 21:53, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Jim Morrison. Stop revert-warring to remove sourced content. - CorbieV 22:06, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I corrected the unsourced information. You are putting in unsourced information and deleting much of his bio on his relationships. You deleted Ingrid's story in favor of more space for Patricia. You did not answer my question if you are connected and therefore biased. I am basing this on the history of your edits. Paltryforhire (talk) 22:13, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted a paragraph of wholly unsourced material, material sourced to non-WP:RS sources, and direct quotes with no sourcing, which you would know if you read edit summaries and the talk page. You are misrepresenting sources, deleting material that is sourced to WP:RS standards, and inserting your own, unsourced opinion. On WP, what you are doing is considered disruptive editing. Learn to collaborate with other editors constructively if you wish to participate here. - CorbieV 22:19, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Jim Morrison. - FlightTime (open channel) 22:34, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The above claims about my edits are not true and a projection. Paltryforhire (talk) 19:20, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

User:CorbieVreccan is reverting my edits which were putting back removed info and cleaning up sentences on Jim Morrison's page. User:CorbieVreccan edits are not neutral, they are doing disruptive editing, removing sourced information, and putting unsourced information in themselves. In one case, they cited a book, but embellished what the book actually says. They could put a page number and uses quote" to remedy this. They have a history of unwavering interest in the promotion of Patricia Kennealy and editing Jim Morrison and Patricia Kennealy's page to this effect. This author is still alive operating the same way on other easily searchable sites so I suspect that this is for self-promotion of her books (which incidentally is on Jim Morrison with a majority of the reviews doubting her version of events with him. Her self-published book enabled her to be free to embellish details about how important she was to famous man who met her romantically maybe a half dozen times who had a long term and constant companion/common-law wife/roommate. Her book reviews clearly show that she is liked as a storyteller, but regarding the brief whirlwind romance, she s=version of events sounds mostly exaggerated and is likely invented. https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/0586215212 The author even started using Jim Morrison's last name some 23 years after he passed away. Her page says,"This biography of a living person relies too much on references to primary sources." When I put in the same quote (see next quote) of hers that is in Jim Morrison's Wikipedia bio, it was removed by User:CorbieVreccan "She was asked if Morrison took the ceremony seriously and she answered "probably not too seriously" [1] Paltryforhire (talk) 19:20, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, you may be blocked from editing. I told you to engage on article talk, and to stay off my talk page.[1] Do not editors' comments from their own talk pages.[2] You've already been blocked once for your disruptive editing. You edited again after being warned:[3] - CorbieV 01:44, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have reported this abuse by CorbieVreccan. They are doing the disruptive editing and not putting in quotes for supposed flattering scenarios imagined or realised by the subject. Paltryforhire (talk) 01:51, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Patricia Kennealy-Morrison, you may be blocked from editing. This is sourced content, and her legal name. You are clearly outraged at this woman and have a vendetta against her. You should not be using Wikipedia to stalk and libel women. - CorbieV 02:14, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

In no way am I disrespecting Patricia Kennealy who is an intelligent woman and I'm sure she would like her bio here to have clarity not omissions or vast exaggerations. You have taken out every one of my credible edits with hostility. There is no libel in my my edits. If you disagree, please state your case.

Let's discuss her claims she was married to him. She is the only person to claim she was his wife. No band member or family member acknowledges this as fact. He participated in the ceremony for fun and that does not mean he was married. He had only met her prior a handful of times. Do you disagree? He had a life partner who was his common law wife and he lived with her. She is even buried in his name and he willed his entire estate to her. Her name is Pamela Courson (Morrison). Patricia Kennealy has never proven that he called her his wife in letters and even if he so did playfully, it was not factual. It is unclear if Morrison stayed awake the whole handfasting ceremony to sign anything. No one has ever admitted to being present as witnesses. Patricia Keneally used the Morrison last name when her book regarding him came out in 1993 over 2 decades after his death in 1971. Let's be fair to Jim's memory and be clear that Patricia's version of events vary from every other account. Paltryforhire (talk) 04:28, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
