Hi Panfily, Thanks for your contributions to the E number article. I think you are right about E121 being citrus red 2 - thanks for correcting it. Do you know of any comprehensive authoratative list that our article can be checked against? It's quite possible that there are other mistakes. - Previously, sorry for my English. I could understand main ideas of text, but I write very bad. Unfortunately I don’t have any comprehensive authoritative list, I just edit Russian articles of E-numbers. Some information I add from English to Russian text, other addition from Russian to English. Other external sources often contain less information that in this both Wikipedia's.
