Speedy deletion nomination of Protection types[edit]

I have deleted the article and protected it from re-creation. The main, or "article" namespace only serves for encyclopedic articles, not for Wikipedia procedures. (See WP:NAMESPACE.) Yes, we know what the reason is! What we now need is an explanation from you as to what happened, why, and what you will do differently if unblocked. Also, if you are not sufficiently fluent in English to understand what is being asked of you, that might also prevent your being unblocked.
