make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Re: Your comment on my talk page[edit]

Hi there. First of all, editors are generally discouraged from writing articles about groups with which they are closely affiliated, as it can often be difficult to maintain a neutral point of view (NPOV); a NPOV is essential for Wikipedia articles, and anything perceived to be an advert will be deleted. As for the images, who created them? Who owns the copyright? Only the person who owns the copyright of the images can release them under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0. I have updated the information on File:Doukas Logo.jpg. I have tagged this as a "non-free" image, which, in this case, seems the easiest method. This means it can be used on the article about the school, but no where else. As the article does not exist yet, it may be deleted- if this happens, do not worry, as it can just be recreated (contact me on my talk page and I will do this) as soon as the article does exist. As for the other two, what is the name of your colleague? We are going to need to attribute him or her, and we're also going to need an email from him or her concerning the usage of the images.
