Hi Theroadislong. I am writing you about the submission, and rejection of your part, of the draft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Carlo_Alessandro_Landini
The draft was already declined once (by Robertsky on February 22 of this year). Then I modified the inline citations as recommended, or at least I did my very best to comply (as you can notice comparing the two versions of the same draft). Before resubmitting it, I would politely ask you how you would suggest and recommend me to fix the still existing problems and hence to proceed. What exactly doesn’t meet, in your eyes, the proper standard for inline citations? I’ve cited all the possible sources using footnotes, as suggested. There aren’t other sources to be possibly cited (it is not customary to cite sources for Prizes and Contests won or awarded, in fact they do not exist in the widest sense of the term, except for the paper certificate given to the Prize-holder himself). A hint of your part, a suggestion or advice would be greatly valuable and important to me. Thank you so much! Paolutus (talk) 14:08, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

About your draft[edit]

Hello Paolutus, I have seen that you have emailed me about the draft that I declined. Many people do not usually check their emails, so it is usually worth putting a {{ygm}} template on the talk pages of others after emailing them. I prefer communicating on-wiki, so I am going to talk here. The main reason I declined the draft was per Wikipedia:BLP: there was too much unsourced information in the article. This is unacceptable because it is a BLP article. If the unsourced information was removed or backed up with references, the issue would be fixed. Most of the unsourced claims are in the Biography section, so I would recommend improving that. I would also recommend improving the lead of the article. Once sources have been added/unsourced information has been removed, the draft will be safe to resubmit. InterstellarGamer12321 (talk | contribs) 10:17, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
