Hola Alejandro. I often find this website -- http://www.topix.com/ -- useful when looking for articles about places. It searches thousands of online newspapers and media outlets for news articles. Although it probably doesn't have much about Santa Maria Chilapa de Diaz, it might come in handy in the future if you work on a different article.

Anyhow... maybe you can use these sources listed below to help expand the Santa María Chilapa de Diaz article.

As for citations, please look at your municipality articles, the Bicentennial of Mexico and/or the other articles begin developed by your classmates (a list is on my userpage) to see how to do the citations.
