Are you in need of any of the usual tips offered for new users? For now I'll skip this part and welcome you to Wikipedia and want to point out, that an editor with knowledge of Sinhala and interested in linguistics is just the thing which we did need for some time. User:Krankman can inform about the problems we face. Talk:Sinhala may give a first idea (just re-checking seem to imply, that the dispute has already cooled down a bit). --Pjacobi 10:11, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

The media file you uploaded as File:Sinhala.PNG appears to be missing information as to its authorship (and or source), or if you did provide such information, it is confusing for others trying to make use of the image.

It would be appreciated if you would consider updating the file description page, to make the authorship of the media clearer.

Although some images may not need author information in obvious cases, (such where an applicable source is provided),authorship information aids users of the image, and helps ensure that appropriate credit is given (a requirement of some licenses).
