Sorry, I dont understand what is going on

I got a message that my article was declined and that I could contact the live help. I contacted the live help and I was told to contact The reviewer via the talk . I simply did that.

I had initially nominated your user page for speedy deletion because you were using it to develop an article which is not what user pages are for. Instead, I blanked your userpage and left your one userbox there. I recommend you spend less time editing Wikipedia and more time reading our many policies, guidelines, and essays. Hi RPSkokie

Thank you for reviewing my article about one of the best scholars in Nigeria and Vice Chancellor of a University.

This article has been reviewed by 4 people and they all approved that the article has enough merit to qualify for publication except that some references were wrong. The references have now been fixed.

Please see the two pages below and you will see that my article has more references and the person is in the same cadre and better scholar than the people. All the 3 people listed below are Vice Chancellors like the person I wrote about.
