NPOV[edit]

You can remove it yourself, making sure in your edit summary that you state you are removing it and why. In this case, I assume, you have found third-party reference sources, or whatever it takes to fix the problem. On a little article like that, removing it yourself should not be a problem.

If it is a large article with a history of controversy, I usually plaster the article with great reference notations. Then I put a note on the talk page and ask if the article is O.K. now. Eventually another editor usually removes the tag.

Just remove the {{POV}} tag in the article. Regards, --Mattisse 18:35, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Paxus, I have taken a look over the article and found it substantially improved since it was first tagged. Thanks for taking the time and energy to bring it up to NPOV standards; I have removed the tag. All the best, ~Eliz81(C) 21:30, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Paxus, I've just started this article, and thought that you may be able to make a contribution. I also plan to start List of books about nuclear issues. Thanks... Johnfos (talk) 06:23, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Radical Honesty[edit]

The article Radical Honesty has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Page reads like an advertisement and has no reliable citations outside of the program's creator.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. billso (talk) 03:40, 19 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Paxuscalta! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 944 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Diana Leafe Christian - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 23:14, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Diana Leafe Christian, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Diana Leafe Christian. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 08:55, 11 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Great. I wrote you a brief note on your talk page, will try to spiff this up a bit. Paxuscalta (talk) 15:38, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ganas[edit]

I believe that many of you at Twin Oaks are familiar with the Ganas community. I would like an article that merits not having a neutrality dispute tag, and I think you can help. --Marelstrom (talk) 09:42, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I dont think i can. Ganas has asked friends of community to not get involved in this long running feud over the wikipedia page. i plan to respect this request. Paxus Calta (talk) 02:31, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Barrett Brown[edit]

Hi,

I responded on my talk page, but the short of it is that the article I deleted, five years ago, was a one-line vandalism article that doesn't seem to have been about the same person. So I have no objections to someone starting a real article at Barrett Brown. --Delirium (talk) 20:29, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Barrett Brown, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Lampoon (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi Paxuscalta[edit]

Your name has been suggested to contact concerning The Ribbon International with your practical experience in the anti-nuke movement in the USA. There is a post on Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents concerning me asking an editor last night not to make any more edits, as I just got additional information to add to the deleted items. Would you be interested in assisting? Thank you Susan Macafee (talk) 01:47, 26 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Susan
I am a bit of a novice on wikipedia and thus did not actually see this messages for 9 years. And sadly, my area of nuclear expertise is reactors and not weapons so the worthy Ribbon International project is not something i can contribute to usefully. Thanks for reaching out, iam sure you have moved on from this set of edits, but know i got your request.

Lisa Savage (politician) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Lisa Savage (politician), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Praxidicae (talk) 13:21, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Praxidicae i have been working on it some. I have eliminated the information which could not be verified and almost all of the sources which are not conventional media. I am still working on adding new and different sources which wikipedia editors will find note worthy, i am hoping to resubmit in the next day or two. I am reviewing the wikipedia guidelines on notability and reliable independent sources. --Paxus Calta (talk) 13:51, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Praxidicae i resubmitted it with perhaps 20 fairly high quality references. But was discouraged but another editor who said that she would likely only be considered notable if she won. --Paxus Calta (talk) 02:57, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
