William Arbuckle Reid ‎[edit]

Do you know where I could find a reference that confirms Reid's passing away? It's not really that I have any doubts but the most important statements in articles should be backed up by reliable sources. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 18:55, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Is this the same Bill Reid? If so, how can we confirm it? Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 19:03, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Bill Reid is my father!!! He died on August 17th and the funeral was on September 10th.

The Stroud News death announcement is also to him - I posted it.--Pczklr (talk) 21:14, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Oh. I'm very sorry for your loss. I've added the Stroud News link for now. If anything more precise gets published I'll switch the reference but it will do for now. Best, Pichpich (talk) 23:01, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have just edited the page on Dan Eley who died on September 3rd. This is announced on page 23 of http://www.rsc.org/images/rsc-news-october-2015_tcm18-247783.pdf, but an obituary has not yet appeared.Pczklr (talk) 13:56, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
