Welcome![edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Here are some links to pages you may find useful:

Please note that disambiguation pages like Pinsa are navigation aids to guide readers to existing information. If you would like to add an article on pinsa/pizza (and it looks like you've made a good start), please read Your first article. The text that you added still exists in the history for Pinsa; I would be happy to help you access it if needed.

The Italian Wikipedia has an article on pinsa (at it:Pinsa). Perhaps you could use the information on this page to expand your article, and one of the references is in English, though you may not be able to access it.

Thank you. Leschnei (talk) 13:00, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is (as described above) that disambiguation pages should not present new material; rather, DAB pages should direct readers to existing material, and there is no article that discusses a bread called pinsa. As a first step, I have added Pinsa (bread) to flatbread with a couple of references. Then I added it back to Pinsa with an accompanying link to flatbread. Hopefully this will encourage someone to write the article.
If you wish to reply, you can simply type a comment below starting with {{ping|Leschnei}}. That will let me know that you have replied. Then you won't need to copy your reply on my talk page. Leschnei (talk) 19:10, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, but probably i don't understand, why do you hope someone encourages you to write the article if the article is already written by me? I would like to understand the mechanism better if possible. Thx. Peel2388 (talk) 10:55, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome to write the article, but you can't put it on top of a pre-existing page - Pinsa already exists as a disambiguation page listing articles whose titles might get confused with 'Pinsa'. That's why I listed it as Pinsa (bread) when I added it to Flatbread. I would suggest taking a look at wp:Your first article for more (and better) instructions.
