Hello Philipm1. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Hello Smartse, Thanks for your advice regarding the issues with the article I am trying to write, and please forgive me for any mistakes. This is my first time publishing anything on Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Todd_Spodek In response to your inquiry regarding any financial relationship between myself and the person I am writing about, there is none. This is a tribute to his long time efforts to defend people against a sometimes unfair system. Also, I was trying to see if there was a built-in system that provides guidance on any issues or warnings about errors, but could not find any. I was not clear on the procedure to send the edited article directly to a moderator for review. After receiving your second message, I realized that I have to manually request a review from you.

I assumed that the only way to find out where to make corrections was to publish, see what errors needed correcting, bring it back to draft to revise it. I was then going to send it to you for final approval before actually publishing the article. 

Can you please give me any advice you deem necessary to bring my article up to speed, so I can make the necessary revisions. Once again, this is my first time here, and I appreciate the time and effort you are spending to help me with this. Will wait to hear any advice you have for me. Thank you.
