Recent edits to Guam[edit]

Hello, and thank you for your recent contributions. I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit(s) because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Your edit is potentially important but should have a reliable source ref to include. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you! Hello there, I don´t know how to reply to you unless you do it like this. My source is reliable as the original text was in Spanish wikipedia, which is impartial and much more informative than the U.S. page.

I just undid your changes to Spanish dialects and varieties. The use of "America" instead of "Spanish America" is awkward - that includes U.S., Canada, Brazil and Haiti where it doesn't apply. The change of spelling from American (U.S.) to British is uncalled for. Regards, Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 02:46, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Politeness[edit]

On my talk page, you wrote: "Typical American prescribing how we, the English, should use our language! Cheeky sod."

Perhaps you should engage a course in reading comprehension.

First, I said nothing about how you should use English, I specified the policies used for Wikipedia. Those specify nothing about how you use English, they specify how articles on Wikipedia should be written. If you don't care for Wikipedia policies, you should not be editing Wikipedia.

Second, you are being rude. You have already been been tentatively identified as a sock puppet for an individual who was forcibly removed from Wikipedia, Felipito1.966. Yes, I can see you deleted the warning from HkCaGu (talk)). So can any administrator - so don't bother deleting these comments, there's no point, it doesn't hide anything, it merely highlights that you wish to hide the history of your interactions with other editors.

Again, please read the Wikipedia policy on WP:ENGVAR. Perhaps you should learn the basics of polite discourse, not to mention accepting that your secondary school teacher was not dispensing the word of God.

And, also again, please sign any edits you make to a talk page with the quadruple tilde, as specified at the top of the screen any time you edit a talk page. See WP:Talk_page_guidelines. Regards, Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 23:23, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
