Edit conflict[edit]

Your edits reverted work I did. Please do not edit this article for the next hour or so, I am still working. Thank you MadMaxDog 08:40, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I am referring to Aerial work platform MadMaxDog 08:43, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I will also re-add most of the information you have provided (and which I had to revert to get my work back, which was uploaded earlier). However, I will NOT re-add the manufacturer's information. As you seem to be new here (excuse me if I err): links to manufacturers will not normally be included in an article, unless the article itself is about the manufacturer, or the link to the manufacturer (or, preferably the individual part of the manufacturer's website) is used as a reference, for example to make a point about capabilities of equipment.
The reason for this is that - with a certain right - ANY manufacturer could otherwise claim that his website is a valid link. As wikipedia is not a link collection, this would get out of hand soon. Just explaining, so you understand why I deleted that part of your work. Cheers, MadMaxDog 08:48, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Further to all my previous comments, I also saw that I ended up reverting your very first edit :-( My apologies, and please do not let this discourage you from further work on Wikipedia! Please feel free to ask if you would like anything explained or need similar help MadMaxDog 09:46, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:JLG.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:JLG.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 08:06, 24 March 2007 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Mewp[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Mewp, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. File:Palazzani TSJ23C.jpeg listed for deletion[edit]

Notice

The file File:Rago1470 160AJ MiddxUni.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
