April 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm AussieLegend. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of Counting Cars episodes, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please note that your edits left the article in a damaged state. Please ensure that this does not happen again, by previewing before you save. AussieLegend () 09:32, 10 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Ditto for your edit to Pawn Stars. Nightscream (talk) 18:29, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to List of Dual Survival episodes, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. AussieLegend () 18:35, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

May 2014[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Curly Howard. – Recollected 05:47, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon Please stop adding unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to List of Counting Cars episodes. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 22:41, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for May 21[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of About a Boy episodes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page About a Girl (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:54, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

June 2014[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to List of See Dad Run episodes. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. AussieLegend () 17:33, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

March 2015[edit]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Poison songs[edit]

Please read the notability guidelines for songs. Merely existing is not justification for an article. C628 (talk) 02:56, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for the same thing as before. Next block is probably indefinite. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Drmies (talk) 01:21, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Two things. First of all, please follow the instructions properly if you want to be unblocked. Second, you have been adding these genres based purely on your own interpretation/analysis/whatever, which is called original research and which is not allowed here: WP:OR. This has been pointed out to you before. So for you to continue this behavior after you got blocked for it once, well, it won't make a lot of sense for us to let you continue in this way. And if you want to be unblocked, you'd do well to figure out why you got blocked again. Saying in an unblock request that you are simply doing that which you got blocked for is not going to get you unblocked. Drmies (talk) 03:27, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Continued genre warring[edit]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Appetite for Destruction, you may be blocked from editing. Dan56 (talk) 15:14, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't refer to your personal opinions but rather what has been written about the topic by reliable secondary sources. Genres are more often a matter of interpretation than fact, so it would be appropriate to cite respected or reliable writers or music critics for their interpretation of a musical work (WP:SUBJECTIVE). Copyright problem icon Your addition to Shooting Star (Poison song) has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Don't use a non-free image from an album to illustrate a song article. Binksternet (talk) 01:44, 24 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:47, 24 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Open Up and Say... Ahh!, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. When there are comma-separated items in a list, they should not be capitalized. Blocked for sockpuppetry[edit]

Notice

The file File:Poison Squeeze Box Cover.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This source verifies item as promo single. Furthermore, critical commentary is insufficient to support this image. May fail WP:NFCC#4, WP:NFCC#5 and/or WP:NFCC#8

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
