Indeed it is intended to represent an account used by an automated editing process. Somewhere down the pipeline, I plan to register a bot, but for now I mostly created this account to make sure python can handle the api s and so forth. Without bot approval I will not use this account to make automated edits to any encyclopedia pages. Thanks for the concern though! PointBot (talk) 07:29, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
