I am trying to stop the vandalism going on at a certain page by using this nuetral UID. Is my user page/talk/contributions sufficiently disclosing or should I send an email to Arb Comm to preclude appearance of socking??? The "military man" has been inactive on Wikipedia for some months, and is not going to be in a position to advise you. However, I too am a checkuser and arbitrator. This account is not policy-compliant, I am sorry to say.
