Non-Sense[edit]

How would you know if it is non-sense or not? 75.2.247.21 17:58, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your bot has been approved for a limited trial, please see Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/StatsBot for details. — xaosflux Talk 03:32, 7 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've approved your bot. When the bot flag is set, it will show up in this log. Please see my comments at Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/StatsBot. -- RM 17:56, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Politics of the United States. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Esurnir 23:18, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New warning grid[edit]

New vandalism templates[edit]

Hi, first of all I wanted to thank you for you help on vandal patrol :). I don't know if you are aware of it, but starting today, there are new unified user warnings in place. The idea behind this rewamp was, among other things, to add some consistency to their look and wording. Check them out at WP:UTM! You can of course continue to use the old test templates, but please give a shot of our shiny new {{uw-test1}}, {{uw-vandalism1}} and {{uw-delete1}}. The numbering is still 1 to 4. I hope you'll appreciate them! Happy vandal fighting! -- lucasbfr talk 22:25, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

chemical reaction[edit]

Hi PoliticalJunkie, i reverted your reverting in chemical reaction because much material had gotten lost. I assume an honest mistake from your side understandeble with the rate of vandalism on that page. Otherwise let me know V8rik 21:21, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that, I didn't mean for that to happen. - PoliticalJunkie 21:39, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mitt Romney, list of supporters[edit]

Any thoughts on seeing the list of notable supporters deleted? If so, you may wish to visit the Romney talk page: Talk:Mitt_Romney_presidential_campaign,_2008#Supporters_and_Opponents. Cheers. -- Yellowdesk 21:27, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I completely rewrote this article and found a few citations. I think it meets notability standards now due to her awards. Please review my changes and consider advocating for keeping the article. --Mus Musculus 21:56, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion about Romney political views/positions article title[edit]

Hi,
You were involved with discussions leading to creation of the section Political positions of Mitt Romney, which got bumped out into a separate article entitled Political views of Mitt Romney. In case you're interested, there's a discussion underway about whether it's an improvement to name it Political positions of Mitt Romney, over at Talk:Political views of Mitt Romney#Requested move.

Regarding presidential "exploratory committees"[edit]

You're invited to comment at Template talk:United States presidential election, 2008 navigation, on this proposal:

Proposed Deletion of category "Exploratory" and "Declared" for individuals filing with FEC.

And please note this argument on the same talk page. Exploratory equals Candidate.

Best regards, -- Yellowdesk 14:04, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, PoliticalJunkie. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Hogwarts.jpg) was found at the following location: User:PoliticalJunkie. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 07:59, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Harry Potter roll-call[edit]

Hi there. Your username is listed on the WikiProject Harry Potter participants list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active on the project. Your name has therefore been moved to a "potentially inactive" list. If you still consider yourself an active WikiProject Harry Potter editor, please move your name from the Potentially inactive list to the Active Contributors list. You may also wish to add {{User WP Harry Potter}} to your userpage, if you haven't done so already. Conversely, if you do not wish to be considered a member of the WikiProject, leave your name where it is and it will be moved to the Inactive Contributors section. If you wish to make a clean break with the Project you may move your name to the Known to have left section. Many thanks.

Bot activity[edit]

I was going over the list of bots and noticed that StatsBot (talk · contribs) has not edited in a very long time. Is this bot still active and if not, would you object to it being de-flagged? Please post your comments to Wikipedia_talk:Bots/Requests_for_approval#Dead_bots since this is a rather widely-posted message. MBisanz talk 02:22, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

United States National Archives WikiProject
Would you like to help improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to the National Archives and its incredible collection? This summer, the National Archives—which houses some of America's most important historical documents—is hosting me as its Wikipedian in Residence, and I have created WP:NARA to launch these efforts.

There are all sorts of tasks available for any type of editor, whether you're a writer, organizer, gnome, coder, or image guru. The National Archives is making its resources available to Wikipedia, so help us forge this important relationship! Please sign up and introduce yourself. Dominic·t 15:22, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
