Request reason:

This simply is not true. I am a first time article writer and I would really like to see why I have been flagged as WP:PAID and WP:MEAT - these acusations are totally unfounded. Powdernplot (talk) 17:18, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

OK, so let's see what the situation is. It is known that payments have been made to create an article about a person. Two new accounts between them have made repeated attempts to create that article. For one of the accounts there is evidence that it is run by a professional web developer. The users of both accounts deny being paid, but they do admit to knowing one another and having collaborated on the creation of the article. The pages they have created have been promotional in character. Yes, it could be that those two, including the known web developer, are acting completely as amateurs, and just happen by coincidence to have chosen to create an article about someone who, unknown to them, happens to have paid to have an article created, while the person who has been paid to do the job hasn't done so. Could be. But I don't think so. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 13:26, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked?[edit]

I'm sorry for being new to Wikipedia but I'd really like to understand why I've all of a sudden been blocked after trying to write my first article?.. Powdernplot (talk) 11:13, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at your block log, [1] The blocking admin has noted issues related to WP:PAID and WP:MEAT read that and understand what now to do. --DBigXray 11:29, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

WP:meat[edit]

Not sure how I have done this to be completely honest? I mentioned a friend helped me code my article but that was it?

With regards to the accusations of WP:PAID, I've also explained that this is not the case and nobody has been paid anything?... I'd really like to see how this conclusion has been drawn as I was to assume as per Wikipedia guidelines that everything is to be taken in good faith... It certainly doesn't feel that way?...
