Speedy deletion nomination of Patron estates[edit]

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - OK, so - most important bits first;
- I strongly recommend that you work on some other pages, before you create your first article. See my 'welcome' below.
- If you are involved directly with "Patron Estates", you need to read the business FAQ. In brief, this says that it is best not to create an article about something that you are involved in; instead, you can work on the article in your user space, and request that it is created.
- When you do come to improve the article, the main concerns are as follows;
- The article must establish notability, per the guidelines - in this case, it would be WP:ORG
- It should not have any external links within the body text - they should only be used for referencing and one link in a section called 'External links'.
- All the facts must be referenced to verifiable, [[WP:RS|reliable sources. These cannot be primary sources such as newspaper articles. For example, you cannot say "over 70 years of experience" unless you can provide evidence of that from a suitable source.
- The language used must be neutral and encyclopaedic. "a full range of products; making this a unique place to work" is not neutral.
