An alternative method of providing attribution

Hi. Thank you for providing the attribution in Draft:Einsteinium compounds. It looks like your contributions will likely include more copying within Wikipedia. I suggest you consider using Template:Copied to provide attribution. It is much more visible than an edit summary, especially to editors who may be reviewing new articles or drafts and will prevent errors like the speedy deletion notice placed on your draft.

{{Copied |from= |from_oldid= |to= |date= |afd= |merge= |diff= |to_diff= |to_oldid= }}

Just fill in the parameters as documented in the template and add this to the top material in the talk page of both the article you copied from, and the article you copied to. If you have questions about using this template, you can ask me, or ask for help at the Teahouse. Cheers. -- Whpq (talk) 13:51, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

Ok, thanks. 141Pr 16:14, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

DYK for Terbium compounds

On 7 November 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Terbium compounds, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that terbium compounds have applications in fields such as optics because of their green fluorescence? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Terbium compounds. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Terbium compounds), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 29 November 2022 (UTC)

Full attribution

Hi. Thanks for this edit summary at Hafnium compounds. For future instances of copying within Wikipedia, though, please specify every page that is copied from, in order to comply with attribution requirements – just picking two of them to list isn't really enough. I know it's a bit more tedious but it would be very much appreciated. (In this case, I've already attempted to remedy it with this edit summary.) DanCherek (talk) 23:28, 1 December 2022 (UTC)

A cup of tea for you!

Great article. scope_creepTalk 10:19, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
