Your submission at Articles for creation: UPSC GUIDE (February 1)[edit]

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Sam-2727 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Over the past couple of submissions, you haven't been able to demonstrate the notability. All the sources currently in the article are from advertisements (although published in newspapers). Thus, they aren't independent. I'm becoming increasingly convinced that this source isn't notable.
