I believe the block is no longer necessary for the following reasons.

1) Why I am blocked

I admit that I was selfish that I abused multiple accounts. I attempted to upload images files that I desire to be used as the cover profile picture of an article despite violating Wikipedia policies.

2) will not continue to cause damage or disruption

I promise I’ll refrain from uploading images again in the future. I also promise to stick to one account for my future edits. Furthermore, before making any major edits, I’ll promise not to make edits ruthlessly without asking. More importantly, I promise to learn and comprehend Wikipedia rules, regulations and policies properly to prevent and avoid violations in the future. I'll abide by wikipedia rules and regulations strictly in the future.

3) will make useful contributions instead.

I promise I’ll redeem myself by helping out here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Community_portal#Todo if my account is reinstated immediately, I’ll do my best to complete say, 30 tasks in the following week, or whichever number deemed justifiable. I promise I’ll contribute in any way I can if given second chance. I can speak Mandarin and English, which I believe my skill would come in handy to translation related matters. Decline reason:

This is a checkuser block based on technical evidence that I cannot see, and the blocking admin is currently busy and unable to respond. In the case of these blocks, you have two options: you can appeal your block to the Arbitration Committee or you can take the standard offer:
