You've tried it as a website (Www.dpskhariarroad.org), as a school (Delhi Public School, Khariar Road), as an alternately spelled school (DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL), as series of edits to a different article (here), but in the end, it amounts to the same thing: you're trying to place an advertisement for this school within the pages of Wikipedia, and this is disallowed. As a school, Delhi Public School likely merits inclusion, but the article written about it must be neutral and non-promotional. And it should cite some reliable sources to verify the information about the school. When you can create that kind of article, we will likely stop badgering you so much about your article creations.
