Christopher Longuet-Higgins[edit]

There is a Wikipedia article for 'Hugh Christopher Longuet-Higgins" which should be removed or else made identical to the one for 'Christopher Longuet-Higgins' Alternatively it could simply direct the reader to the Wiki for 'Christopher Longuet-Higgins' Bunkerpr (talk) 18:02, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide links? From my end, when I type "'Hugh Christopher Longuet-Higgins" it redirects to "Christopher Longuet-Higgins". Or maybe I'm making a mistake? In any case if you can provide links, I can bring it to the attention of a more senior editor and ask for guidance. Qflib (talk) 19:57, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
go to https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugh_Christopher_Longuet-Higgins for the unnecessary page 2607:FEA8:BD80:80:7D75:7618:D3A2:C5BC (talk) 12:41, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The first page is part of the French Wikipedia (note the fr at the beginning of the url). You are probably seeing it in translation. I don’t know how it works exactly with respect to duplication between different language versions of Wikipedia, but maybe more experienced editors can help advise here. I will ask around. Qflib (talk) 19:09, 20 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I noticed the fr when I looked again at it. I guess it does not matter very much. Bunkerpr (talk) 13:05, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
