Unfortunately, we processes many thousands of emails every week, and our search system is not always up for the task. I also did a visual scan of emails received around the time that you placed your note. If you have already received a response from an agent, please check your mail. There may be some other action requested of you before that permission can process. Managing a conflict of interest
