Welcome! And... image license?[edit]

Hey there and welcome to Wikipedia!

No, sadly I did not, could not find the name of the actual author of it, just that it is used on a government site, hence the PD license.

Thou I'm still wrapping my head trying to learn and understand these licenses.

The file was uploaded before and deleted. I've argued to have it undeleted but it didn't work out. Technically it doesn't break any rules, as I said in that undeletion request since it's specified on the Romanian MoND site that materials published on the MoND official websites can be used as long as the source is mentioned. Thing is the Land Forces site doesn't have that notice soo..

Hey, thanks for the info! I'll poke around some more, maybe I can find something in that regard.
