November 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Resorts World Sentosa has been reverted.
Your edit here to Resorts World Sentosa was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jF8cBdL4mTQ) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. December 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm XLinkBot. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Marine Life Park, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you.

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Marine Life Park. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 11:31, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Callanecc i have tried contacting the user to discuss the alleged discrepancies with my edit. She has not replied. I also have the proper sources for my edits and have quoted a video provided by an activist group on the issue. The user who does not agree with my changes does not wish to discuss with me what it is he/she is disagreeing upon.

I'm not going to make a comment on the other user, however you need to ensure that your edit is neutral and is cited to independent, reliable sources. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 11:37, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi yes , could u explain to me then what is wrong with my content ? I am adding more references now to the article. Please check again in 10 mins
It needs to have indepedent, reliable sources. The YouTube clip is not neutral and is questionably reliable. The addition also needs to be neutral, "Click here to see the harm done by RWS" is certainly not neutral. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 11:41, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ok this is subjective and furthermore it is under the controversy section. Of course the video will show the real situation which is never a neutral stance. How is it possible to put something neutral under the controversy portion? That doesn't make sense does it. I disagree with you nonetheless will eb uploading more sources to support it.
Well what is presented may not put the organisation/person/company in a good light, but the way it is written can (and should) be neural and objective. The YouTube clip (an external link) should not be included in text (and since it isn't an independent, reliable source is should be used for that). As far as I can see there is no reason to include that last sentence, but I'll give you some time to find other sources (see WP:REFB for how to correctly cite them) before I edit the article. Hi. I have added a reliable source regarding the death of the male dolphin named Wen Wen. Sni56996 (talk) 12:11, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
