Mombasa Airport

Regarding your message concerning KQ service to LHR, I found that information on the SkyTeam Timetable. I also did a search to find if this flight was available, and Kenya Airways flight 105 from Mombasa non-stop to London-Heathrow takes place on Saturdays in the summer.Gittinsj (talk) 16:14, 26 May 2008 (UTC)gittinsj

Request for semi-protection of Kenya

Hello Stifle! Thank you for the reconsideration of my request. Please tell me how much is enough recent disruptive activity to justify protection. (This is no offense, I just want to be sure that I don't waste yours and mine time in filing desperate requests!) Best regards, -- R.Schuster (talk) 16:28, 18 September 2008 (UTC)

If vandalism is taking a disproportionate amount of editors' time to watch and revert, then it's time for protection. Stifle (talk) 19:52, 18 September 2008 (UTC)

Thank you

Thanks for the cookies and guidance on my talk page, R. Nice to meet you.

Removing sourced material

In the article Raila Odinga you're removing sourced material. I will not undo it after my last revert, ref. {{uw-3rr}}. If you have a source discrediting this, you should add the material discussing the source, not remove obvious sourced statements/pictures. --Xinunus (talk) 20:20, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Make sure to obey WP:NPOV, WP:LIVE, WP:V, WP:WEB. Feel free to contact an admin. -- R.Schuster (talk) 20:23, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
WP:NPOV - This is the same thing as WP:LIVE. There is nothing biased about this post. It states facts about a trip Obama made to Kenya. This is a "Neutral point of view". This does not apply.
WP:LIVE - This post is well sourced and provides three reliable sources. This does not apply.
WP:V - This post has three reliable sources. This does not apply.
WP:WEB - There is no advertising in this post. This does not apply.

Mara Conservancy

Hello I can't see so well from the History page but it appears you removed the link for the Mara Conservancy on the Masai Mara page. Seeing as this Conservancy is protecting this area this seems to be an incredibly relevant link. Please let me know why it was removed so I can not make the same mistake twice. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.201.151.5 (talkcontribs) 12:17, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Hello! I deleted the link erroneously, because earlier it pointed to a website full of advertisment for lodging, safaris, etc.. The link now redirects to http://www.maratriangle.org/, which seems to be a non-profit-organisation, so I re-inserted it. Sorry for the confusion! Best regards, --R.Schuster (talk) 13:17, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Great to hear. I couldn't work out why it was being removed! Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.201.151.5 (talkcontribs) 17:52, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

Did you know (DYK) about Greate Pier? Last king of Frisia (talk) 09:02, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

No, I didn't, but there are some 2.5 millions other nice articles in enwiki, so what's the point? --R.Schuster (talk) 20:33, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Salaam!

Schuster, salam. Habari ndugu Schuster wa kutoka huko Austria, natumai humzima wa afya!! Basi nilikuwa na kusalimia tu, pale nilipogundua kama unajua Kiswahili! Naomba tuwasiliane.--Muddyb Blast Producer (talk) 15:03, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Jambo rafiki yangu! Samahani sana, but my language ability of Kiswahili is too humble to reply adequately without disgracing myself. I'm barely able to understand what you wrote, I'm still learning. You know, listening/reading is always easier than speaking. Since I'm frequently in Kenya, maybe we can hold the first international sw-wiki meeting someday! ;-) We'll keep in touch! All the best, --R.Schuster (talk) 20:29, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
Poa sana Ndugu yangu! We will keep in touch!--Muddyb Blast Producer (talk) 05:47, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
