Bot?[edit]
I want to know the following.
1. Who is running this account, it is a requirement that all bot accounts display the owner/s clearly on the userpage or user talk.
2. Where is the request for approval? All bots must be approved, and unapproved bots may be blocked on sight.
3. Is this actually a bot? If not, then seriously claiming to be one is disruptive.
