Wikipedia is not a venue for advertising your subjects or promoting their careers: draft articles with advertisement-like language will never be accepted. Even the first sentence of this draft illustrates the problem: "Floriane de Saint Pierre is a French businesswoman with a career dedicated to leadership, talent and governance". The whole article is fairly similar, and so it's a very easy decline for any passing reviewer. It needs a complete rewrite to remove all of this promo language - although based on the references provided, it does seem as if she passes Wikipedia's bar for notability, so you've already done the hardest part. Hello Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to review my page. I do not seem to understand why the page is nominated for a speedy deletion. I have been working on this page for a few months now, and have been informed by other Wikipedia administrators that the article subject (Floriane de Saint Pierre) is a notable subject, and that my sources reflect this. I have re-worked the text over several months too, and fail to see how the article's tonality is not encyclopedic? I hope you can help me spot out which lines in particular need to be re-written before deleting this page. The draft was tagged for "decline" by the reviewer with a reason of promotion material, you tagged it for deletion and recreate it, and then moved to article namespace. You always have chance to improve it at draft namespace (despite G11 applies for draft too), not hidden the review comment and then recreate by ignoring the comment.
