- To respond to your comment: It should be unnecessary, but you're apparently giving other Wikipedia editors too much credit. The hidden notes are there because there is a history of other editors repeatedly changing the members' vocal ranges to something other than the consensus. The notes explain the consensus. To assume that these editors will follow a link to review a "reference justifying what the invisible text is explaining" is also quite generous, but probably too much so. The editors I'm referring to have not been interested in opinions other than their own about the members' vocal ranges. General Ization Talk 05:16, 13 December 2021 (UTC)
- I thought the classifications of the members' vocal ranges was a bit off. However, I didn't think the same invisible comment needed to be present twice. It seems the user who initially made the edit was frequently challenged by other uses changing it, prompting them to overzealously defend their edit with unnecessary additional invisible comments.
