Thanks for uploading File:Singing Mike Gaston.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

Just wanted to clarify would this article be acceptable once the youtube links were removed or do I need to find alternate sources for these? Also is more sourcing needed in addition to this?

Yes, it would be better if you had alternate sources for those statements. "Three months later, on April 6th, 60 brand new broadcasters had been recruited, trained, scheduled, rehearsed and were on the air." is a statement likely to be challenged (WP:MINREF), so it should have a source. The clips that were copied to youtube were originally broadcast on tv first, would stating the information of those exact broadcasts be suitable or do i need something more solid than that?

It's unreasonable, though, to ask a person reading your article to plow through an entire newspaper or magazine looking for information about your topic. There are multiple sections of the page that don't have any references in them. For example, the sections titled "Education", "Peace Building", "Heritage", and "Motorsport" have some statements that probably need references. Furthermore, phrases like "lifelong involvement" and "returned full circle to peace building" (Peace Building section) don't exactly lend themselves to a dry, encyclopedic tone. Thanks! Content deletion[edit]

The article Manu Sharma has been protected in order to keep edits such as this one you made without justification. You cannot simply blank sourced material, you need to go to the article talk page and get consensus for the broad changes you would like to make.
