As a new user, you shouldn't be straightaway jumping into article creations without knowing the numerous policies that need to be adhered to. As a start, read this guideline on sourcing and WP:N for notability requirements. Why not concentrate on making quality edits to already existing articles, learn from senior editors and start creating articles a few months down the line when you're familiar with all policies.
