The sandbox page you have created is, with very minor alterations, a copy of the content of the web page https://publicacionesrebeldes.wordpress.com/2014/08/08/charles-del-campo. Wikipedia's copyright policy is that we do not accept content copied from other sources unless we have proof that the copyright owner has either released it into the public domain or licensed it for free reuse in terms compatible with Wikipedia's licensing terms. The page will therefore be deleted from Wikipedia. If you are the copyright owner I could link you to instructions on how to release content for reuse on Wikipedia, but doing so would be a waste of your time, as the content would not be acceptable as a Wikipedia article for other reasons, particularly because it is not written from a neutral point of view as required by Wikipedia policy, but is clearly written to indicate support for Charles Del Campo and to promote his reputation.
You are free to create a new draft about Charles Del Campo, writing in your own words rather than copying from another source and being careful to write in a neutral way, but in my experience new editors who come to Wikipedia to post a laudatory or promotional article about someone they have a high regard for often have a difficult and frustrating time trying to write a whole new article in line with policies and guidelines which they have no experience of, and which they have to try to learn while they go along. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.
