I'm not sure if he is notable or not, but since the last AFD was a keep, you cannot PROD. You can, however nominate it for a deletion again through WP:AFD. However, in your reason for deletion you must address why you disagree with the result of the last AFD. It does have a lot of references. Personally, I do not feel deletion is the best area for new editors, but that's just my opinion. JDDJS (talk) 00:53, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
