Greetings, since Matzal is deceased, you can add a small, not-high-res image of him to the article despite copyright, under the Fair Use clause. Please find online a photo of him, download it to your computer, and shrink the size down to no larger than 300px in any dimension (most image browsers will let you do this in the Tools menu). You can then upload the image to Wikipedia using Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard.
You absolutely must choose the right licensing, click the options for "copyright image", then "fair use - subject deceased". If you do not clearly indicate you're using the image under that clause, it will be deleted for copyright reasons, so you do have to click the boxes to specify that.
