Citizendium is a project fork of Wikipedia. meaning the creator, Larry Sanger, took a legal copy from one software package and started his own development independently to create Citizendium. Citizendium came to exist because Sanger wanted a "new compendium of knowledge" from intellectual people who are well read and experts about the science world. It's goal was to create a community and culture that respect each others contributions to Citizendium. (Rds2 (talk) 06:20, 29 September 2011 (UTC))[reply]

Our group name is "The Wiki Cult" and our group's usernames are greenturtle09, rds2,Colorfulsocks, and lonnie5200. We are looking into any anthropology topcs that are lacking information or need more information added to it. We are looking at most anthro topics. As for following the Five Pillars, I plan on, when I do make edits, to make sure to have a neutral point a view and always be polite and do my best to find reliable sources. The 3 articles I plan to modify or have modified are the Fresno Grizzlies, Maryland Terrapins football, and First Descent pages. I have made some additions on the Fresno Grizzlies page under the "Notable Alumni" section. As for the Maryland Terrapins Football page, I plan on adding some additional sentences and maybe a picture or two on their new under armour uniforms because the uniforms are so unique. For the First Descent page, I will add as much as I can to the page because it is pretty short and missing information about the movie. (Rds2 (talk) 09:54, 17 September 2011 (UTC))[reply]

"Mutations are changes in the DNA sequence of a cell's genome. When mutations occur, they can either have no effect, alter the product of a gene, or prevent the gene from functioning." -This statement from the Evolution page is NPOV because it has an impartial tone and is just reporting the facts about how mutations work within the idea of evolution.
