Request reason:

I have not participated in Block Evasion. Today, I just set up my first wikipedia account as Rebo99, I edited a page and was blocked from further editing by Fastily. The reason given was "Block Evasion" and the user name "Public Advocate" was given after the reason. I can only deduce that there is a belief that I am the same user as Public Advocate, which I am not. Please investigate this, I have never had a wikipedia account before today and comparison of IP addresses should verify this. If not, then perhaps I don't understand the reason for the block.
