@The Night Watch: I proposed new edits and also went on a journey to verify all of the movies and shows individually in the cast lineup, along with sourced the ability to stream or purchase each show/movie individually. I hope you find this satisfactory and if not, I will oblidge to any changed or recommendations you make. For information purposes: Gloria is listed among all of the cast lineups, and in various formats and articles. I attached the articles that were relevant to the information provided. I have a deep interest in history, and in theatre, along with sports. This actor stood out to me like a rookie class football star. Someone who has incredible talent but the stage but his career wasn't already fully built, otherwise he would already have had a WIKI. I felt like this would be a great start to my first full page being built on Wikipedia and so I picked an interest, and created content based on the rookie football player/rookie actor theory. Can you please give me further context why you think Sean Gloria doesn't deserve to be in the encyclopedia of worldly culture? Thank you so much for your time IJOSH07 Ijosh07 (talk) 22:35, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The page needs to meet a variety of guidelines to be considered for an article on Wikipedia. One of the most important is the General notability guideline in which the subject of the article needs to be mentioned in detail by reliable sources. IMDB is not considered a reliable source because it is based upon user-generated content, and although Deadline Hollywood is a reliable source, it does not address Sean Michael Gloria in detail. TV Guide is based upon the unreliable IMDB for its content, while the other sources you include also do not address the subject in detail. I looked up additional sources on the web, but none of the reliable sources talked about Gloria in detail. If you can find reliable sources that talk about Gloria in detail, then we can keep the article. Otherwise, the article may need to be deleted. The Night Watch ω (talk) 23:05, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I will add the additional sources within 24 hours, thank you so much for the clarity. Does everything have to be digital publications or if I am able to source magazines or news paper articles etc centered around Gloria, are those sources suitable to validate the credibility of his work and extensive rolls? I have also sourced that he was one of the producers for the movie "the followers" in which he was a starring roll which aired in theaters across america pre-pandemic and sold amid all major retailers and streamable on services. Ijosh07 (talk) 04:35, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You can use magazines and books, but keep in mind that the sources must be in detail/significant coverage. In other words it means that although Gloria need not be the primary subject of the source, he needs to have more than trivial commentary. For example, simply stating that "He was in ___ movie and will be in the upcoming ___" is not enough to meet the guideline, but if there are several sentences and lots of commentary on Gloria say "He was born in ____ and was inspired to act by ___ and studied at ___ and etc..." then that should be significant coverage. Also, if you can find if he was in a major role (typically part of the main cast) for multiple TV Shows/Films that have their own articles, then he may meet WP:NACTOR and will probably be kept as an article. @The Night Watch: I will upload the additional data shortly and respond back to let you know the updates and additional periodicals are included. Thank you so kindly for your patience Ijosh07 (talk)ijosh07
